Happy Monday!

It's noon, and I just got home from a -35ish walk to my boyfriends house to drop of a letter. Brrrr. He checks the mailbox out of habit everytime he goes in and out of the house, so I thought it would be cute to leave him something :) Now I'm waiting for my cousin to get back from classes so we can work out, and I will be applying for more jobs! What have you done today?

Day 5 - A song to match your mood.

Day 4 - Your Parents

Just like my sister Meghan said, there are lots of pictures of them together back home, but I have none on my computer or here at my house, but I should steal one! They have some really cute ones :)

My Mom is a huge inspiration ... to everyone she meets. it's kind of crazy when I can walk into a grocery store or something (even here in another city!) and people will stop me and know who I am - or at least that I'm 'MOE'S DAUGHTER!!!" - and tell me how amazing she is. I can honestly say I have never heard anyone say anything bad about her. But I have head many people tell me how she has changed their lives or just made their day a little better :) She is very hardworking and very funny. I love having conversations with her in Irish accents and singing along to oldies in the car ... or lately, singing along to SNOW PATROL together in the car... I know right? She's pretty cool.

I don't really remember my Dad much because he passed away when I was about to turn four. I remember a few things... like that he snored really loud, he liked Western movies and really old country music, and always wore those t-shirts with the breast-pocket. And we have a family Christmas video at home and he laughs just like Fred Flinstone! I hear that I look a lot like him, and my Mom used to tell me that all my stubborn and argumentative sides were from him ;)

SPRING FEVER

I want spring/summer so badly! I have been looking at dresses & skirts waiting for when it finally gets warm enough here to wear them. These are all from H&M.

I really love pinks and corals this year... I am not sure if I can pull it off with my skin tone, but I'm determined to find a shade that looks okay!

Day 3: First Love

I sat here for a while trying to explain my views on love, but I have no idea how to explain what I mean. I definitely believe in true love - but I also believe that there are stages and different forms of love. That being said, I think to fully and completely love somebody, it takes years of working together, committment and passion, etc. Generally, I just believe it's very complex...

But on a more basic level...

Jordan Oseen is my first love.

I adore everything about him! He is my boyfriend, and my best friend... I can tell him anything comfortably, while getting amazing cuddles :]

I can't say for sure if its a life-long love, or if it will turn into that deep-commited form that I was trying to explain earlier (I don't think anyone can until it happens!)... but at the end of the day, I adore my boyfriend Jordan more than anyone I've ever known, and everytime I see him I just find new things to love about him. There's nothing I would change about him; I'm a very lucky girl.

Day 2: Worst Habit

PROCRASTINATING... I am the worst! I should be studying right now... :)

Day 1 - Introduce, recent picture of yourself, 15 interesting facts

1) I can't print... when I try it always turns out so loopy it's practically cursive anyway!

2) I love sticky notes - when I was a receptionist, I was infamous for leaving everyone messages on colourful ones :)

3) I have 8 piercings... and I think I want more!

4) Since Christmas, I have worn my heart locket every single day. I feel like something is missing as soon as I take it off.

5) My future career ambitions change every couple days. Some of my favourites are firefighter, cruise-line director, audio engineer, helicopter pilot, children's psychologist... and recently, a pastry chef!

6) Coldplay has been my all-time favorite band since I stole the album Parachutes from my sister, Meghan, about 10 years ago!

7) My most hated weather is wind...

8) ...I just moved to the second windiest city in Canada.

9) I am a cat person, I have two cats at home - Cat-Dog and Turbo. I love them :) and one in Lethbridge at the house - Slash... haha she really isn't as mean as she sounds!

10) Every Tuesday at 9:00pm, I go to my boyfriends house... to watch Glee with his mom!

11) My favorite animal is the Meercat because when I went to the zoo, it striked different poses while I took pictures.

12) I am ticklish EVERYWHERE - my boyfriend Jordan makes sure he reminds me of this every single time I see him. No excuses. No exceptions.

13) I have a permanent callus on the inside of my right thumb; from the thumb-rest on my Tenor Saxophone that I played for about 8 years. (won Silver international!)

14) My nervous habit is pulling that piece of skin between your index finger and thumb... weird, I know.

15) I qualify as an Alberta Arts Honor student because I have a really high average in multiple Fine Arts classes.

I'M BACK!

I promise now, I'm actually back :)

Busy, busy time. There have been lots of big changes!

* I have a new niece - McKinley Lauren. She was born February 12, at 4:35pm, weighed 6 lbs, 10 oz and 19" tiny :)
* I have moved! I now live in the extremely windy city of L.A........ Lethbridge, Alberta! haha. I know, real L.A. is more exciting... but I'll take what I can get :)

Since moving here, I have already noticed a HUGE difference in my lips... they are so dry here! So here are some of my favourite products and wants!

I don't actually have this... but I have heard so much about it! I think it will be a purchase pretty soon! My lips are naturally very pigmented, so I love that it's just a bit of a tint.
